1. Who is responsible for your data?
The controller is Jakub Banci, a sole trader (OSVČ) operating under the Printrio brand, IČO 29749611, with registered business address at Zlivice 44, 397 01 Čížová, Czech Republic. Contact: support@printrio.app or jakub@printrio.app.
2. Data processed and purposes
Website visitors
When the website is requested, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, user-agent and security events. This data is used to deliver, maintain and protect the website and investigate abuse or failures.
Early-access waitlist
If you submit the waitlist form, the service processes your e-mail address, signup time, consent/notice version, source label and the status and technical metadata needed to confirm or remove the subscription. The waitlist is intended to send early-access and product-launch updates only to people who have opted in. Confirmation and welcome e-mails are designed to be sent through Webglobe SMTP when the production configuration is enabled.
Messages sent by e-mail
If you contact the operator, the contents of your message, your e-mail address and information you choose to include are processed to answer your request and handle any follow-up.
3. Legal bases
- Waitlist updates: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a waitlist e-mail or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Responding to an enquiry: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or legitimate interests in handling correspondence, Article 6(1)(f), depending on the enquiry.
- Website operation and security: legitimate interests in providing and protecting the website, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, subject to the required balancing of interests.
- Legal claims or legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c) and/or 6(1)(f) GDPR where applicable.
4. Is providing data required?
Providing an e-mail address is voluntary, but it is necessary if you want to join the waitlist or receive a reply to an e-mail. You do not have to join the waitlist to read the public website.
5. Recipients and service providers
The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and security. If you enable analytics in Cookie settings, Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) processes website usage information such as page views and technical event data. The waitlist architecture uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 for form processing and waitlist records. Waitlist e-mail is configured to use Webglobe SMTP (mail.webglobe.cz) when the relevant production credentials are enabled. Your own e-mail provider processes messages sent to or from your mailbox. The operator does not sell personal data.
The exact production configuration, provider roles, subprocessors, data locations, retention of technical logs and safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA must be checked against the active provider accounts and contracts. This notice does not claim that these checks have already been completed.
6. Retention
Waitlist records are intended to be kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. The current code is designed to delete the related waitlist record when a valid unsubscribe-and-delete link is used. No automatic expiry period for inactive waitlist records has been confirmed in the repository; until a documented deletion schedule is implemented, records may remain stored after signup. Please unsubscribe or contact us if you no longer want to be on the list.
Enquiry e-mails are kept only for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and longer only where necessary for legal obligations or claims. Technical logs are retained according to the active hosting/security configuration; the precise period must be confirmed from the provider settings before launch.
7. Your GDPR rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). Contact support@printrio.app to exercise your rights.
8. Automated decisions
The waitlist does not intend to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Cookies and browser storage
The website stores your cookie-category choices in localStorage. If you enable analytics, Google Analytics 4 loads to measure website visits and page views; it is blocked unless you give consent and can be disabled through Cookie settings. Marketing scripts are not active. LocalStorage is browser storage and is not itself a cookie. See the Cookies notice.
10. Changes and contact
This notice will be updated if the purposes, services or data flows change. Contact support@printrio.app.
