1. Operator and contact
The website is operated under the Printrio brand by Jakub Banci, a sole trader (OSVČ), IČO 29749611, with registered business address at Zlivice 44, 397 01 Čížová, Czech Republic. Contact: support@printrio.app.
2. Website content and product status
The website describes a product in development focused initially on Klipper and Moonraker. Feature lists, roadmap entries, screenshots and dashboard data may be illustrative or planned. They do not guarantee that a feature is currently available. The website does not currently connect to or control your printer.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is voluntary and does not create a paid subscription, reserve a licence, guarantee availability or require payment. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in waitlist e-mails. The processing of waitlist data is explained in the Privacy policy.
4. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless a page or licence says otherwise, website text, design and brand elements are provided for viewing in connection with Printrio. These terms do not grant a licence to install, copy, modify, redistribute or commercially use software that may be released in the future. Any released software will be subject to a separate licence and applicable third-party licences.
5. Acceptable use and security
You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit malicious content. If future versions provide printer integrations, users will be responsible for configuring their own equipment and network securely in accordance with the documentation. This clause does not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
6. Availability and changes
The development website and waitlist are provided on a best-effort basis and may be changed or discontinued. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. The operator will make reasonable efforts to keep public information accurate.
7. Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Czech or applicable EU law. For questions, contact support@printrio.app. For a paid consumer contract, the competent out-of-court dispute resolution body will generally be the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), unless a statutory exception applies. Details and how to submit a proposal are available at ČOI — out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. Before paid consumer sales begin, the operator must also publish the complete seller information, complaint procedure, product/service characteristics, total price and taxes, contract duration and termination terms, and the legally required withdrawal information and form where applicable.
8. Future paid services
Before any paid service is offered, separate terms must explain the exact licence, plan features and limits, total price and taxes, billing interval, automatic renewal if any, cancellation, refunds, conformity and remedies for digital content or services, support, updates, and the process for concluding and confirming a contract on a durable medium. No such paid terms are created by this page.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law applicable to a consumer. Any dispute must be handled by the competent authority or court under applicable law.
